Tim has developed a specialty in construction leadership through decades of experience and leadership on large and small construction projects in Cincinnati, Ohio and across the tri-state area. Tim’s area of expertise are both above ground and underground construction site conditions and finding the most cost effective method to correct work site issues. He works on behalf of clients to identify and mitigate all possible risks of the construction site and soil at project onset and throughout design and pre-construction.

Tim began learning construction trades directly out of high school. By the 1990’s, his company was working on many construction projects as a sitework consultant, receiving high marks from clients who appreciate Tim’s knowledge and innovation.
